Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For users within India, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or Quantum Karma services shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, India, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

For users outside of India, any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed-upon location, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
By using Quantum Karma services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts or arbitration forum as specified above for the resolution of any disputes.
